# New User Access Testing

Identifies newly provisioned users and validates they have appropriate permissions based upon their role. Additionally, it identities users who have recently changed roles and may have been inappropriately provisioned to a system.

### Input Requirements

* An system user listing file sourced from your HRIS or HCM system (Workday, SAP, ADP, Ultipro, etc.)
* A ticket request file sourced from your IT Service Management  system (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk  etc.)
* An application owner file sourced from your source systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Cherwell, etc.).&#x20;

### Output Expectations

* A population of user access requests that must pass multiple tests. These tests consist of appropriate system provision, appropriate approval, appropriate role, and timely provisioning.&#x20;
* A population of employees who obtained access approval with no corresponding ticket request.&#x20;
