Journal Entries - Approval and Suspicious Posting Testing

Performs various journal entry tests. It flags journal entries which are posted and approved by the same user, posted at suspicious dates and times, and entries posted to accounts which are used infrequently.

• A journal entry file sourced from your ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

• A population of journal entries posted on weekends or outside normal business hours identified for follow up.

• A population of journal entries posted to infrequently used accounts identified for follow up.

• A population of journal entries posted and approved by the same individual identified for follow up.
