Takes a look at your journal entries. It helps identify if your entries are balanced and if the imbalance is due to rounding. It also identifies suspicious entries by commonly used amounts as well as entries just below manual approval limits.
A journal entry file sourced from your ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Rounding Error Threshold: Amount in which if imbalanced is not considered an error due to rounding.
Approval Limit: The limit in which manual approval must be attained.
A population of journal entries posted that are not in balance and indicated if it is due to rounding.
A population of journal entries that are just below approval limits identified.
A population of journal entries that are considered to be suspicious due to the numbers contained within them.
