Performs various tests to detect anomalies within your journal entry listing. It looks for missing descriptions, zero amount entries, adjusting entry identification and summarization, and manual entry identification and summarization.
A journal entry file sourced from your ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Missing Description Threshold: The minimum amount of entries with missing descriptions required to trigger identification.
Manual Entry Count Threshold: The maximum number of manual entries by a single person, beyond which the entries will be flagged.
Adjusting Entry Threshold: The maximum amount for adjusting entries, above which the entries will be flagged for further review.
A population of journal entries with missing descriptions or zero values.
A population of your manual entries by users who exceeded the manual entry count.
A population of adjusting entries exceeding your threshold.
An analysis of adjusting entries to determine the most frequently adjusted accounts, along with the frequency and amount of adjustments made by each user.
